My husband recommended this dealership to me after he purchased his car and the experience did not disappoint. Billion was very informative and patient with me and all of my questions about the car and its features, from pre-purchase to post-purchase and is always very responsive. He worked with his manager, Jermiah Hill, to provide a quick, very competitive quote. I appreciated they both came out to talk with me directly and explain things to me. When I went to another dealership just to see, the pricing manager never came out to talk to me, made me wait around for nearly an hour ("just one more minute!" every 10 minutes), and tried to pressure me into accepting their offer same day. Not at Bill Page. Carolos Granados was also very helpful in ensuring my car was set up and good-to-go after purchasing. I've also been really impressed with the communications I've gotten afterwards, from a follow up check in from Billion to an alert about a personalized website that provides further resources to help adopt all of this car's amazing features to maximize my utilization. Bought a Car I've purchased my last two vehicles at Bill Page, and get all of my service done with you. My wife is expecting our second, so we wanted to get rid of her 2005 Civic and have a sedan to go with our Pilot we purchased about two years ago. I knew it was very likely I'd be buying from Bill Page again, so it was my first and only stop. I was greeted at the door by Billion. I had my wife and our 20 month old with me and Billion was patient and took the time to speak to them both in addition to me, which is not always what happens. He engaged and made my kid smile and laugh, which was great. I told him I'd be back later in the day or the next day (Sunday). Before we'd even finished running errands, I had been e-mailed quotes for vehicles. I came back by noon the same day and signed papers by 2PM. The only hiccup was a funny one- when I went back I went back alone so the baby could nap and my wife could rest, so I had to pick the color. We walked the lot, and I decided (with my wife on facetime) on blue. Never opened the car I picked. Turns out, the keys were locked away and couldn't be retrieved until Monday! So, in my typical luck, I bought a car I couldn't take home. :) Jeremiah and Billion set me up with a loaner (happened to be the same car I bought, same color anyway). Monday's pickup was easy. Couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Billion was personable and didn't pressure me or my wife into buying. His suggestions were for our benefit as much as they were to make a sale, and he talked about his own family and what he considered when buying a car since he also has children. Will be back for car four from Bill Page in a few years. More
