Responsive listening I purchased a 2019 Honda CR-V recently from Bill Page Honda in Falls Church. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them in two years (totalle I purchased a 2019 Honda CR-V recently from Bill Page Honda in Falls Church. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them in two years (totalled the first one which necessitated this purchase). Obviously, if I returned for a second purchase, there was a reason. My sales person, Raquel, knew me from my first purchase so she was aware that I don’t pay retail price and walk off contented. She listened to what my needs were and met them. That is the pinnacle of marketing when you know what your customer wants (and needs) and delivers. The process was very easy, the responsiveness was quick and they reacted to my needs by delivering an excellent vehicle at an excellent price. It doesn’t get better than that in the automotive selling industry. I’m hopeful this CR-V lasts longer than my Accord but if it happens, I would return for a third vehicle. More
