Service representative was polite and courteous and willing to help. The service department was able to answer my questions regarding accessories for my 2023 Chevrolet suburban Z 71 nickname the Beast willing to help. Was told my left front had a nail so went and get it looked at by a shop and they charge me 40 buck to tell me it doesn’t have a nail in it ! They also didn’t rest my oil life and if they rotated my looked at by a shop and they charge me 40 buck to tell me it doesn’t have a nail in it ! They also didn’t rest my oil life and if they rotated my tires then they didn’t rest the sensor so it links up in the car! Horrible service will never be bring my vehicle back to a Luther dealer! More

Some of your service techs can’t see the bigger picture when it comes to common sense. Brought my truck in for a tire leak (nail). Asked me if I was due for an oil change and I replied yes. He said he woul when it comes to common sense. Brought my truck in for a tire leak (nail). Asked me if I was due for an oil change and I replied yes. He said he would squeeze me in. Ok. Two hours later, a sealed tire and an oil change I was told to go to the front desk for check out. I was given a bill for $126. I asked what that was for. An oil change and to fix the tire. But I purchased a very expensive package that includes extended service for tire repair and oil changes. Oh, she said. She called back to the service desk to have the bill adjusted. Ok, good. On my way out I noted the tires hadn’t been rotated. So I asked if it was customary to not have tires rotated when one does an oil change. The answer was no. So the question is why didn’t the “service” tech include a tire rotation. Hmmmm. More

I would give zero stars if I could. Service manager was a very mean and condescending man who talked down to me. His behavior was absolutely horrible.
