Zero high pressure and recommended that we drive both vehicles we were interested in, a CX50 and a CX5. We traded in our 2016 Mazda 6 on the CX5 that we test drove. Our Mazda 6 GS was in excellent condition, and we received a very good trade in value for it. We were offered a very good deal which we accepted and drove home in our new 2024 Mazda CX5 Carbon Edition. Since I am a retired mechanic, I was interested in the Service Department. The Service Advisor introduced himself to me and I got a look at the shop. I wanted to order a set of rubber mats for our new CX5 but the Parts Department had them in stock. I purchased them and took them with us. We are so very please with our purchase and I am very impressed with the cleanliness and professional staff at Paretti Mazda of Covington. I regret that I am a retired mechanic as I think I would really enjoy working at this dealership. The staff at Paretti Mazda of Covington have made a lasting impression on us and we will be customers for life. A side note, our sales Reps father sold Christie a brand new Triumph TR6 at Paretti in New Orleans in 1973 when she graduated from the Southeastern Master Program for Teachers. Small world. More
