Christian from sales was amazing! He was thoughtful, kind, and funny. There is still the whole sales hoopla but he made it professional while still fun. The only negative experience was with the initial finance person, Thomas. He was quite aggressive and impatient causing me to feel uncomfortable enough to request someone new. Chalk it up to stress or bad day for him, I don’t know, but it was a frustrating experience. Management took care of the issue quickly and everyone else did their jobs beautifully. More
