I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone!!! Purchased a car in good faith on a lease 3 weeks later we brought to your attention we could not make the payment on Hyundai portal after several days was contacted by good faith on a lease 3 weeks later we brought to your attention we could not make the payment on Hyundai portal after several days was contacted by Thomas the finance manager who stated he needed first payment and proof of residency when we questioned that because first payment was made at delivery he beat around the bush and just kept blaming us for them not having the information then threatened to have car reported stolen even tho he was told we where out of town couldn’t do anything till we returned so we took vehicle back smartness thing we ever did you have zero customer service!!!!! More

There are things that did upset me, our car had just arrived off the truck, so it was not even detailed yet, we bought and she took to be detailed, come back 10 minutes later. Not impressed with the detailing that got done. Floor mats were not even on the car, the car was not cleaned. I mentioned it to Erin, and that’s as far as it went. Not bring back and do a better job or anything like that. Could tell that service was definitely ready to go home. IT WAS SATURDAY NITE. Also to, you need to tell people that their phones need to be at an 8 to work on the Charging pad. Ours don’t work,that was disappointing. More

No pressure great people I was hesitant to buy a car and one reason was I did not want to go through the process and be pushed into something I might regret. I was so pleasant I was hesitant to buy a car and one reason was I did not want to go through the process and be pushed into something I might regret. I was so pleasantly surprised by Haley, the salesperson who worked with me. When it came down to making a decision I was given plenty of time and space and I did not feel pressured at all by Haley or Jeremy. They offered suggestions, information and recommendations without pressuring me and I felt very good about the decision I made because when I made it I knew it had been for the right reasons. The finance person, Charles (Hux) was also very thorough in explaining the paperwork and again I felt no pressure to purchase a further warranty. I am very happy with my car and the entire process of selecting and buying a car was much better than I could have anticipated ~thank you Haley and Jenkins Hyundai staff and Happy New Year🎉 More
