There are things that did upset me, our car had just arrived off the truck, so it was not even detailed yet, we bought and she took to be detailed, come back 10 minutes later. Not impressed with the detailing that got done. Floor mats were not even on the car, the car was not cleaned. I mentioned it to Erin, and that’s as far as it went. Not bring back and do a better job or anything like that. Could tell that service was definitely ready to go home. IT WAS SATURDAY NITE. Also to, you need to tell people that their phones need to be at an 8 to work on the Charging pad. Ours don’t work,that was disappointing. More

No pressure great people I was hesitant to buy a car and one reason was I did not want to go through the process and be pushed into something I might regret. I was so pleasant I was hesitant to buy a car and one reason was I did not want to go through the process and be pushed into something I might regret. I was so pleasantly surprised by Haley, the salesperson who worked with me. When it came down to making a decision I was given plenty of time and space and I did not feel pressured at all by Haley or Jeremy. They offered suggestions, information and recommendations without pressuring me and I felt very good about the decision I made because when I made it I knew it had been for the right reasons. The finance person, Charles (Hux) was also very thorough in explaining the paperwork and again I felt no pressure to purchase a further warranty. I am very happy with my car and the entire process of selecting and buying a car was much better than I could have anticipated ~thank you Haley and Jenkins Hyundai staff and Happy New Year🎉 More

My wife and I have bought over 11 cars from here. My wife and I only go here to get our cars. Customer service is always at 100% . It’s like a family when I walk in and know everyone’s names , from Thomas , Cote,Sal,Jeremy, and now Nicholas that helped me there the other day. Trust me, if your looking for a car @ a great deal they will get you to the number you need to be at. The other thing is I never take surveys ever ( who does really ?) and only do them when service sucks so you know it’s great here if I’m taking a good survey 😊 More

Biggest liars of any car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Was on my way from Georgia (already 200 miles from home) to buy the car that they quoted me over the phone at an agreed price.My father lives local s Was on my way from Georgia (already 200 miles from home) to buy the car that they quoted me over the phone at an agreed price.My father lives local so he went to the dealership first to make sure the deal was on and when he gets there they tell him “ oh sorry, that car was sold 2 days ago but we have this used 4 year old car for basically the same price” HA HA! They really think people are that stupid or something? Needless to say they used their bait and switch tactics to get us in there. Their prices they quote you online are all BS because now they are trying to tell us the car that they quoted me for is going to be another $6,000....talk about false advertisement and down right criminal liars. So glad I took a 400 mile road trip today for no reason. More

Said what he meant and meant what he said, laid back. The vehicle we got? Is above reproach and more than we ever dreamed we'd be able to afford at this reactionary time of car buying. We weren't planning on HAVING to buy a vehicle, VS PLANNING to... But it happened and from a pretty traumatic experience too. Jenkins stepped up with compassion and understanding and got a customer for life. Can't say the same with other used car dealers. Believe that! Thank you Jenkins of Ocala.
