My wife and I have bought over 11 cars from here. My wife and I only go here to get our cars. Customer service is always at 100% . This time I came in for an oil change @12k miles and walked out with a new suv for my wife and my soon to be son. It’s like a family when I walk in and know everyone’s names , from Thomas , Cote,Sal,Jeremy, and now Nicholas that helped me there the other day. Trust me, if your looking for a car @ a great deal they will get you to the number you need to be at. The other thing is I never take surveys ever ( who does really ?) and only do them when service sucks so you know it’s great here if I’m taking a good survey 😊 More

Biggest liars of any car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Was on my way from Georgia (already 200 miles from home) to buy the car that they quoted me over the phone at an agreed price.My father lives local s Was on my way from Georgia (already 200 miles from home) to buy the car that they quoted me over the phone at an agreed price.My father lives local so he went to the dealership first to make sure the deal was on and when he gets there they tell him “ oh sorry, that car was sold 2 days ago but we have this used 4 year old car for basically the same price” HA HA! They really think people are that stupid or something? Needless to say they used their bait and switch tactics to get us in there. Their prices they quote you online are all BS because now they are trying to tell us the car that they quoted me for is going to be another $6,000....talk about false advertisement and down right criminal liars. So glad I took a 400 mile road trip today for no reason. More

Said what he meant and meant what he said, laid back. The vehicle we got? Is above reproach and more than we ever dreamed we'd be able to afford at this reactionary time of car buying. We weren't planning on HAVING to buy a vehicle, VS PLANNING to... But it happened and from a pretty traumatic experience too. Jenkins stepped up with compassion and understanding and got a customer for life. Can't say the same with other used car dealers. Believe that! Thank you Jenkins of Ocala. You are a truly WORLD CLASS team and you'll be seeing us again and again. You've been warned! Giggle. ;) More

Great Customer Service Husband and I came into Hyundai Jenkins as we have been admiring the new Palisade for a while. We didn’t “need” it but we knew we wanted it just from Husband and I came into Hyundai Jenkins as we have been admiring the new Palisade for a while. We didn’t “need” it but we knew we wanted it just from looking online and then driving around on the road. Well we finally came in to Jenkins and had this sweet lady, Haley Casko. We never have had a car sales”men” experience like we did with her. We told her what we looked for in a palisade what were “the must” to sell us on a vehicle on their lot. She said she had the perfect one. She pulled the vehicle up to the side of the building and walked us through the vehicle so thoroughly from the outside to the inside. She was so detailed oriented and there were sooooo many details she told us that when looking online would never even be glanced. She truly sold us on our vehicle. Let alone, why we were so hesitate to come into the dealership is because of the “wheeling and dealing” the negotiating game, feeling like the car sales”man” only wanted your money, didn’t matter what vehicle you were put in... NEVER in our lives of buying vehicles we had this kind of no hassling, genuine kindness, and sincerity of really wanting to put us in our dream vehicle.
