I REALIZED TOO LATE THAT IT WAS NOT THE CAR THAT I TEST DROVE; I TRIED TO GET THEM TO CHANGE THAT CAR, BUT THEY WOULDN'T HONOR THEIR PROMISE. I HAD ALREADY PAID. BUT THEY WOULDN'T BUDGE. I WON'T RECOMMEND THEM, NOR WILL I EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. More

We were very impressed with the professionalism of the Jenkins dealership. We were referred by a relative to see his salesman. That salesman was no longer at Jenkins, but we were very happy with William Castaneda! He was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. The sales manager was also very professional and willing to work with us. Juan Del Arco, the business manager, was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. After the sale, Shannon Rodis helped tie up a few loose ends and we were invited to a New Owner dinner and presentation where service procedures were summarized and the floor was opened to questions. Buying a vehicle is not usually a very pleasant experience, but this time was different. We know now why Jenkins is so successful - they really have their act together! More

Very pleasant experience every seemed to be very nice we had better experience buying car from Jeremy than when we bought our car at Phillips Buick. I would recommend Jenkins Hyundai and Jeremy to anyone. And they worked as best they could to fit my budget. Michelle M. More
