One little glitch Because our purchase was a recent trade in, it had not been checked or detailed. Added to that time frame, was a Saturday of apparently several purcha Because our purchase was a recent trade in, it had not been checked or detailed. Added to that time frame, was a Saturday of apparently several purchases. Our sales transaction was over shortly after noon, but it was 5:30pm until we received our car and then I had to transfer all the "stuff" from my trade-in vehicle. Helpful salesmen, but the "glitch" was in the time to check/detail the car. Overall, a good experience and we are pleased with our purchase. More

Service was excellent start to finish I was at the end of my lease and time to trade in for a new one. Everyone I encountered was excellent. There was one person that stood out from the re I was at the end of my lease and time to trade in for a new one. Everyone I encountered was excellent. There was one person that stood out from the rest and that was Lily H. I spent most of my time there with her and she was outstanding. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. She made my time there very pleasant. I’m not sure what her job title is but she is certainly an asset to your team. my encounter with Cory was very nice too.
