Mark and Charles Rock! I went into the dealership nervous due to my expectation of paying a high interest rate over a long term. But, Mark, quickly broke the ice of nervousn I went into the dealership nervous due to my expectation of paying a high interest rate over a long term. But, Mark, quickly broke the ice of nervousness with jokes and good times. We went over the paperwork quickly and thoroughly so that both parties understood everything. He was quick to answer any and all questions and even took the time to research the blue link capabilities of my car even though I couldn’t afford to purchase the add-on that day. I will definitely come back so he can help me set that up! Then, we enter the finance room where, “Charles The Magician”, was able to acquire an even better term/and interest rate with a local credit union which saved me thousands in cost over the life of the loan. This also enabled me to make sure my pre owned vehicle had an amazing warranty throughout the life of the loan. This is probably the most honest, efficient and caring team/dealer I have ever worked with. I can guarantee I’ll be buying my next vehicle from this duo; or at least the same dealership. Price Price Price I came into this establishment looking to purchase a 2015 Hyundai sonata sport. The sticker price of the vehicle was $9,999 which I found to be a bit I came into this establishment looking to purchase a 2015 Hyundai sonata sport. The sticker price of the vehicle was $9,999 which I found to be a bit expensive, considering the amount of mileage on the vehicle. I asked if the price could be negotiated and the sales rep went to go "talk to the manager" and he returned saying that they could not work on the price and the car is actually going to cost $1,200 more than the sticker price. The $1,200 was apparently some sort of "auto shop fee"(making the out the door price with tag title and dealer fee around $14,000!!!). After this was revealed to me I left the dealership and called there partner dealership who had true ownership of the vehicle and was quoted an out the door price on the exact same vehicle for about $11,000. Long story short I obviously purchased the vehicle next door because I did not feel like getting robbed. I would have multiple vehicles that are brought to this location for maintenance, oil changes and etc. I will not be giving these people ANY future business. And neither should you... More
