We were very impressed with the professionalism of the Jenkins dealership. We were referred by a relative to see his salesman. That salesman was no longer at Jenkins, but we were very happy with William Castaneda! He was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. The sales manager was also very professional and willing to work with us. Juan Del Arco, the business manager, was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. After the sale, Shannon Rodis helped tie up a few loose ends and we were invited to a New Owner dinner and presentation where service procedures were summarized and the floor was opened to questions. Buying a vehicle is not usually a very pleasant experience, but this time was different. We know now why Jenkins is so successful - they really have their act together! More
