Avid Subaru owner since 2004 . Family is a big part of my life and they all fit in my WRX until few years ago:). Have continued to drive the new ones as they update and upgrade. Excited to be working for a company I have supported 100% since the first one I bought too many years ago. Subaru symmetrical AWD is the biggest difference on the market and makes for a great daily driver. Either in the sedan or suv form which ever fits your needs.

I felt like Jeremy answered our questions, picked out relevant cars for us and spent the time necessary to explain all the features of the cars and the process we were looking at. Jeremy Bautista made our car buying experience such a delight. We discussed our new car wishes and he was very prompt with answers and information. We put money down on a vehicle that was in transit an delight. We discussed our new car wishes and he was very prompt with answers and information. We put money down on a vehicle that was in transit and Jeremy kept us informed on the expected arrival. Jeremy sent us pictures as it was coming off the auto transport as soon as it arrived. What a fun way to show us our new car before we could see it in person! When we did pick it up Jeremy was very helpful and had the papers ready to go . We met Brandon to get all of the necessary paperwork signed. Brandon was very thorough and explained things as we signed them. It was the best finance signing I have ever had when purchasing a new car. I went back after the weekend to have a special coat put on my new Outback and Jeremy took me out on the road to show me some things while actually driving. That was a real treat. I love my new car and I am so very pleased with the service and professionalism that I received from everyone at Ferguson Subaru. More

I had an excellent experience. Jeremy in Sales and Kyle in Finance were so kind and helpful. Honestly, it was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I felt calm and had as much time as I wanted in Finance were so kind and helpful. Honestly, it was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I felt calm and had as much time as I wanted to learn more about the features of my new car. I ended up buying a 2019 service car instead of a new 2020 because I chose an Outback in 2011 for the size of the seat. It was 19 inches in depth. The 2020 has gone up to 21 inches and that is too long for me. I am as so disappointed that the 2020 model has made the seat longer from front to back!!! Please bring the 19” seat back!!! But Jeremy found a great 2019 for me. I actually met Kyle Montgomery 2 years ago. I just was near by and stopped in to look at Outbacks. I told him I wasn’t buying a car at that time. He was so gracious and called a year later to see if I might be interested. I wasn’t but said I might be in another year. So I called a Kyle and learned he was now in Finance. I was introduced to Jeremy and he reminded me of Kyle and as I said before, it was an excellent experience. It was like working with a young family member. Ferguson can be very proud of men like Kyle and Jeremy Bautista. More
