To be honest i didn't expect to get the best deal @ an Acura dealer We went to several local dealers looking for a used vehicle for our 17yo daughter. To be honest i didn't expect to get the best deal @ an Acura dealership, but found the perfect car at a great price. Jeremy was friendly & knowledgeable. It was the 1st car we drove, & did not feel over pressured. We left to try out some other cars but ultimately nothing compared the the car we ended up with. More

Customer First Experience Jeremy was great! He made it a point to get to know us and get to know what our needs were prior to trying to sell us on a car. Any car dealership tha Jeremy was great! Any car dealership that can show me a customer first experience rather than a company first, "try to make a sale attitude", gets 5 stars from me. Rob was also great. He took the time to introduce himself and talk about our vehicle options. More

Fabulous customer service! Jeremy Benson, Rob White and Carrie Kniowski went out of their way to help me through the car buying process. After making the rounds of all the other Jeremy Benson, Rob White and Carrie Kniowski went out of their way to help me through the car buying process. After making the rounds of all the other brands and dealerships, I returned to Spitzer Acura not only because this was my favorite car but also because of the wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. It was a pleasure to deal with a sales associate as professional, informative and patient as Jeremy and Rob made the whole experience totally stress free. Carrie explained all of the paperwork involved clearly and even found the lowest finance charge available. Awesome teamwork! More
