When you were in for your complimentary oil change, we had a conversation regarding how the advisor's job is to recommend services to you based on what the maintenance schedule suggests and that you do not have to opt into these services. The service advisor will always provide maintenance recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines, vehicle usage and technician recommendations. We understand your concern regarding the recommendation for a rear differential service. We're disappointed to hear you felt pressured into a service and the explanation didn't align with your understanding of the maintenance schedule.
