Not a great experience I bought a vehicle through Jeremy several years ago. At that time, he was fine. Didn't have a great experience but it was not bad either. Fast forward I bought a vehicle through Jeremy several years ago. At that time, he was fine. Didn't have a great experience but it was not bad either. Fast forward 3.5 years later and I am back at Yark to look at another car. I was originally scheduled to meet with David but he pawned us off on Jeremy once he found out we bought a car from him previously. We were able to test drive the vehicle and came back after to negotiate with Jeremy. His first words are "we don't negotiate here". I figured, well, alright, I guess we are done here but instead let him rattle off all the reasons why they don't negotiate. After he is done talking, he then goes right into negotiating - says he can take $200 off. I said that still doesn't meet our budget and he proceeds to chop off another $100. OK, I thought you didn't negotiate? So I am confused with your approach at this point. I understand how this process works and he needs to make money at the end of the deal too. I simply tell him that we appreciated his time but we will not be buying the vehicle. He takes down all the information in regards to the exact vehicle I want and lets me know he will email me if they have any other vehicles come in that fits my needs. Fast forward a couple of days later, he is asking me if I am still interested in the same vehicle. I told him again, that the price was not within budget so we were no longer interested. Fast forward another several days and still asking me about the same vehicle. Again, I repeat myself. Then he says "I can offer this vehicle to you have XXX" which was $100 MORE than his offer he stated in person. I bring him up-to-speed on this information and his reply was something along the lines of "sorry, just trying to help". I finally decide to be completely honest and let him know that we no longer have interest in working with Yark Automotive at this point. The process of buying a car is never fun but this experience and the emails after really ruined this dealership for me and my husband. There is so much surrounding competition, and we will be happy to head to those folks over Yark Auto. More

I love my new/used car! I myself did not go to the Central Ave. location, as I made use of the tools available online to find the vehicle of choice which happen to be at the I myself did not go to the Central Ave. location, as I made use of the tools available online to find the vehicle of choice which happen to be at the Yark Chevrolet -Whitehouse location. I would still recommend the Central Ave. location, as that is where Jeremy Bonnough works. His knowledge and experience helped ease the stress of purchasing a new/used vehicle and his availability to converse with and meet me was essential (as I was waiting for my daughter to have off of work to accompany me to purchase the vehicle). This is the second time Jeremy has helped my family with a new/used vehicle, I put my trust in him and with Yark. More
