He had it ready and waiting for us to pick up that Thursday for a test drive. We arrived at the dealership wanting to purchase the car at 3:30 on the Thursday afternoon and we left the same Thursday at 5:45 with our new car. I cannot say enough good about the entire process, about Jeremy and our finance guy. This is my second car I have purchased from Yark/Jeremy Bonnough and I will NEVER go elsewhere. What impressed me most however was Jeremy's willingness to go above and beyond. The used car we were most interested in had a small scratch above the tire. He said he would get the paint for it and paint it. We weren't sure he would actually do what he said after we bought the car. To our surprise, he did it, followed up with us to make the appointment and has checked in to make sure we are continuously happy with our purchase all without a fight. Jeremy makes sure you are happy. I will absolutely buy my next car from him, and send all my family to him when they need a car also. Very personable and helpful I spoke with the dealership before I came about the vehicle i wanted, they had it pulled up and waiting for me when I got there. He went above and beyond for me, even staying late and calling my bank multiple times to make sure I was treated fairly.
