Fast and Furious!! This dealership I have worked with twice now and both times they were amazing. The salesmen that helped me do not seem like the stereotypical ‘car salesmen’. These guys are chill, personable, friendly, and very fast at what they do. This last time I went into the dealership just to get an appraisal on my trade-in and they immediately directed me to a car of similar style, that met my needs. Vin Diesel is a pretty BA dude, but he’s got nothing on these guys. They’re so awesome I ended up referring my mom, my dad, and my younger brother to them and each of them bought a car as well. Definitely recommend them to anyone! More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought my car a little over a week ago. This was a Certified pre owned 2018 Honda Accord. My car would not start the other day. They told me that I I bought my car a little over a week ago. This was a Certified pre owned 2018 Honda Accord. My car would not start the other day. They told me that I would have to contact my insurance to get a tow instead of getting their free towing service. My significant other was verbally abused on the phone. They didn't process my proof of income properly so my loan didn't go through. They claimed I didn't attach the documents which I sent to the sales rep MULTIPLE times. The only saving grace was Cory from Ken Garff Honda in Orem. This man took care of my and ensured my car was running properly. I won't go back to this dealership. More
