I recently brought my truck to David Scott Lee Buick GMC for a routine oil change and tire service appointment. The visit took close to three hours for basic maintenance, which was unexpected. While I understand that service departments can get busy, what was most disappointing was the lack of communication. There were no updates during the wait, and when the service was completed, there was no explanation or apology for the delay. Customer experience is just as important as the mechanical work being performed. Respecting customers’ time and providing simple communication goes a long way. More

Service at this dealership is the worst I have ever received in my 50 years of owning cars. During the most recent trip for transmission issues, I brought up the problem that three of my tires showed received in my 50 years of owning cars. During the most recent trip for transmission issues, I brought up the problem that three of my tires showed pressure of 35 pounds, while the front right showed over 50 pounds. I asked that be checked out during my visit. Didn't think anything else of it, until I received an online report on my car today (a couple months later) which showed the problem was NEVER addressed. Not to mention that the transmission issue was never addressed as promised. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!! More

I purchased a new GMC and noticed right away a clunking under the front. It’s something with the suspension. They offered to come get it and bring it back to me but I use my truck for work daily and can’t under the front. It’s something with the suspension. They offered to come get it and bring it back to me but I use my truck for work daily and can’t work out of a small car so I made an appointment. I told them I would be in the area and could drop it for about 3 hours for them to at least nail down what they need. I feel like it fell on def ears and they were only trying to slow me down. Dropped truck off and got a little bitty car to run to a work appointment. Came back after over 3 hours and they had not even taken it in. I told them I needed my truck again and they said it would take a few days. I can’t do that and they did not respect my time limit when I told them up front. My only hope is getting my truck fixed when I am off for surgery coming up in the next month. Very disappointed that 80g on a truck and they had zero care that I have to work to pay for said truck, and I have time limits as I need it Monday through Friday. I buy a new vehicle just about yearly and hoped I found a new dealership to utilize as the other I had used multiple times started taking advantage of it. I get it that they are busy but that is why we made an appointment and when I said that to them they told me that is just a drop off time. Again, not everyone can go without a truck and work out of a small car. There is a reason I bought a brand new truck. Prior to that date the service manager was attentive and stepped in to help and knew my scheduling when he had me set it up. More
