Wasn't satisfied with the communication between me and the dealership. Was hoping to get the deal done on a 2018 Ford Escape S. I understand and expected it to be hard. Nothing against that. Lack of communication is why I am doing this review. Texted Andrew twice to ask for updates..... heard nothing. Emailed the general manger to express my disappoint.... heard nothing. If they do not want to work with me, fine. At least let me know instead of "ignoring" my emails or texts. I would not recommend this dealership if communication is a BIG issue. Their service department is one of the top notch though. More
