Let me start of by saying I have only experienced the service department. They treated me like I was no big deal when I brung my vehicle in and ignored my hypothesis on the vehicle. After repeatedly cont service department. They treated me like I was no big deal when I brung my vehicle in and ignored my hypothesis on the vehicle. After repeatedly contacting them for updates which they would never give ever, I found out that the issue was not fixed and I had already made a payment. They charged me twice and were very rude to me over the phone when I was being only nice. Get nicer people this is the south where is your hospitality. More

Bad experience, 2nd Ford expedition max that has had problems with less than 10k.. last time we had to trade (loss money) this time can't find the problem after they drove it 200 miles and didn't offer problems with less than 10k.. last time we had to trade (loss money) this time can't find the problem after they drove it 200 miles and didn't offer or reimburse for the gas.
