Jeremy went above and beyond the call of duty to help me make a difficult decision. He was honest, and willing to work 4 hours past closing to seal the deal. We have purchased 3 cars from Heritage in Parkville the past couple years. We had another great experience with Mike Lanci listening to what I wanted and making it happen.
