This was my 2nd trip to the dealer as the 1st time, I nee Jeremy Cooney was the lead of many people who made my buying experience 5 five star quality. This was my 2nd trip to the dealer as the 1st time, I needed to clean up some things in my credit. They definitely earned my trust by standing true to what they could do for me if I did my part. At no point in the process did I feel pressured or rushed. They listened to me and my concerns about ownership. Jeremy had the depth of knowledge and expertise that made my experience painless. The dealership made the process easy with quick & clear was always communication. The final price stayed within my comfort zone and there were no last-minute surprises. Every person I encountered was professional and polite. Jeremy himself was super attentive to my needs actually running to the gas station to get me a different type of soda! He stayed late to help me unpack tons of stuff during the vehicle surrender process. There were many times when things could have gone wrong but they never did. Great & Easy 1st New Car Purchase Went in on Memorial Day to test drive and view a new Jeep Renegade since my car unexpectedly took a turn for the worse. Upon arrival, the dealership w Went in on Memorial Day to test drive and view a new Jeep Renegade since my car unexpectedly took a turn for the worse. Upon arrival, the dealership was busy. Although it was, Jeremy was very attentive! He helped me look at the 2 colors of the sport model & even let me test drive one to their storage to see the 2nd color (which I chose & drove back to the dealership). He explained almost every feature in the car along and helped answer any questions I may of had. When it came time to negotiate, agreeing on a total price along with monthly payments was quick and fair. I'm happy with my purchase and glad I went to Heritage. If I plan to buy another new Jeep in the future or someone needs a recommendation, I will definitely point them to Heritage Parkville. Thanks again Jeremy! More
