I worked with Jeremy and Ethan specifically to place a factory order since I didn’t want to compromise on buying just anything. They made sure to get me the exact truck I wanted at a great price. I greatly appreciated the transparency! They didn’t play any games other dealerships are notorious for. They made the whole process very easy. I emailed my build, negotiated a deal, submitted my deposit, and signed preliminary paperwork remotely. Jermey and Ethan were always accessible and I received constant updates on my vehicle status. The build only took about 5 weeks and I received a video from Jermey the morning it arrived off the truck. Once actually going into the dealership, I met a few other employees. Everyone there were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Anyone in the market for a new vehicle should definitely consider Heritage CDJR Parkville. It’s a great team working there, especially Jermey and Ethan. I know this is a lengthy review but I wanted to give them the credit they deserve. More

It was a Friday afternoon I stopped by to take a look at a jeep I was interested in. It was pouring out, and Gerald was running up the road from the service shop. Monday evening my husband and I came in to purchase the Jeep we wanted. Working with Gerald and his manager Jeremy made for a smooth process. My husband was looking for an exact number and they were able to do just that. There was never a time where Gerald felt pushy. Gerald was very helpful and made our process very easy.
