He found a truck with the options I was looking for and made the rest of the sales experience painless. Rick in the finance department was also a pleasure to deal with even with it being the last day of the month and quarter. We ended the process after 11pm and he was still smiling and courteous. More

Fantastic Most car dealers talk to my husband and tend to ignore me. I had spoken to Jeremy on the phone and told him I had a truck to trade in. When we arrived, Jeremy walked past my husband and shook my hand first, and talked to me and dealt with me directly the entire time. Since women are usually marginalized during this experience, I really appreciated that. I found this car on the Bozard Ford website. The photos documenting the car were outstanding and thorough and include the sticker in a PDF; I was able to see immediately that this vehicle had the features I was looking for and that the (30 - 40 minuted) drive to the dealership would be worthwhile. Since we couldn't get to the dealership until the next day, my husband called and spoke to Jeremy before we left, to make sure the car was still available. It was, and when we arrived we found that Jeremy had pulled the car and it was waiting for a test drive. Paperwork, etc. progressed quickly. I was very happy with the outstanding service from both Jeremy and AJ. Next day at work I was able to show the car's "slide show" from the website to my co-workers (Me? Bragging? Nawww) and told them that Bozard Ford in St. Augustine was the place to go, and recommended that they ask for Jeremy. More

Crazy 2 months I traded in a 2015 GMC Sierra to Bozard ford in January after only owning it for 3 months wasn't what I thought it was I purchased a used 2015 Toyota I traded in a 2015 GMC Sierra to Bozard ford in January after only owning it for 3 months wasn't what I thought it was I purchased a used 2015 Toyota Tundra from Jeremy criscione and Tom Reinard. Being a former Toyota owner I knew what I wanted and they were the only one in jax area that had the color that I was looking for. After a quick negotiation I was happy with truck I bought from them. After two weeks I started to hear a popping noise in the front end knowing it was slightly used and under warranty I returned it to Bozard for a check up to see what was making the noise. Well after having to bring it back 3 additional times Bob Hewitt the used car manager just told me to go out on the lot and find me another vehicle. they traded me out on a new Ford F-150 lariat supercab with no financial hit on the deal. They took extremely good care of me considering the situation and I will defiantly return in the future to Bozard ford. More

We purchased a new 2015 F150 XLT supercrew from Bozard Ford this weekend.The experience was excellent.We when in to purchase a truck we saw at another We purchased a new 2015 F150 XLT supercrew from Bozard Ford this weekend.The experience was excellent.We when in to purchase a truck we saw at another dealer from Bozard.Some how we a had miscommunication about the price.We talked with Jeremy Criscione;all I can say is WOW he made it happen.Not only did he matched the price that we was given but we got a much much much better truck.We though it could not any get better but it then.We sat down with Kevin Mitchell to close the deal with a check from our bank and again WOW.He got use a lower rate and a total saving towards the truck.Kevin made us feel like family.We not only talked about the deal,we talked about family and life.What an experience.Me and my wife would like to say thank you both again for going over and beyond.May God bless you all and the Bozard Family More

Pain Free Vehicle Purchase Purchasing vehicles is not high on my "likes" list. This was my first experience with Bozard Ford and I have to say that it was as painless as it coul Purchasing vehicles is not high on my "likes" list. This was my first experience with Bozard Ford and I have to say that it was as painless as it could be. Having worked out the pricing with Jim Duran before ever setting foot on the property was particularly useful. I let him know when I would be in to test drive the vehicle and it happened to be that he was not at the dealership that day. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he passed on my info to Jeremy Criscione without missing any details. I half expected to have to start from scratch but Jeremy was aware of everything that Jim and I had worked out over email. After the test drive and demonstration from Jeremy, I was promptly moved onto Finance with Erik Shipley. Erik performed his due diligence in producing a contract that I was happy with and also that matched up with the numbers that Jim and I had worked out originally. Again, a pleasant surprise, as in past experience with vehicle purchases additional charges not previously discussed always seem to reveal themselves at this point on the contract. It was refreshing to see that the "out the door" cost that I was provided in the beginning rang true through to the end. Once I signed over the pre-approved credit union voucher I was out the door. The car was detailed and ready to go once my business was complete in Finance and off I went. Professional and efficient is how I would describe this operation. They are very concerned that the customer is happy! More
