This was my first experience with Bozard Ford and I have to say that it was as painless as it could be. Having worked out the pricing with Jim Duran before ever setting foot on the property was particularly useful. I let him know when I would be in to test drive the vehicle and it happened to be that he was not at the dealership that day. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he passed on my info to Jeremy Criscione without missing any details. I half expected to have to start from scratch but Jeremy was aware of everything that Jim and I had worked out over email. After the test drive and demonstration from Jeremy, I was promptly moved onto Finance with Erik Shipley. Erik performed his due diligence in producing a contract that I was happy with and also that matched up with the numbers that Jim and I had worked out originally. Again, a pleasant surprise, as in past experience with vehicle purchases additional charges not previously discussed always seem to reveal themselves at this point on the contract. It was refreshing to see that the "out the door" cost that I was provided in the beginning rang true through to the end. Once I signed over the pre-approved credit union voucher I was out the door. The car was detailed and ready to go once my business was complete in Finance and off I went. Professional and efficient is how I would describe this operation. They are very concerned that the customer is happy! More

Jeremy was excellent with not only his response time from the initial email inquiry to exceeding our expectations on the lot. I didn't really think that we would trade in and leave the same day with a new truck, but between Jeremy's knowledge of what was in the incredibly large inventory and really listening to what we were looking for along with the overall team approach to making a deal that worked, they made it happen! The sales manager kicked in to give us a very fair trade price on our older truck along with a fair price on the new truck to help make the deal work. Once we had settled on trade value and price, the experience got even better in working through the financing process with Ryan. He is very personable and seemed to really be working to get the best value for us. We got a great APR that helped pay for an extended warranty. Overall best buying experience yet and we love our new truck! More

Jeremy and Matt Tudor provided the detailed info I was looking for within a half hour (after not getting the detailed info I was requesting from another dealer). Jeremy showed me the SUV, explained the features and allowed me to leave without any type of hard sell. Upon returning, Erik Shipley explained in detail the pros and cons of leasing versus purchasing, making my decision (purchase) much easier and based on good information. This is my third Ford purchase from Bozard (since 2011). All have been enjoyable experiences and I can highly recommend Bozard. The staff have made the difference. More
