We walked in knowing we wanted the Grand Highlander we just weren’t sure the trim we wanted to meet our wants and needs. Jeremy could have easily upsold us to a the more expensive trim because we really just weren’t sure the trim we wanted to meet our wants and needs. Jeremy could have easily upsold us to a the more expensive trim because we really thought we would have to go,up to get everything we wanted. Jeremy listened to us and instead of suggesting the more expensive trim he truly felt the baseline model was perfect for us. It’s not often you find a salesman be so honest and cut into his commission to make a sale. Jeremy along with Mark in the finance department, made our buying experience so easy. They both were always a phone call or email away with answers to our questions. We will definitely buy another car in the future from Kolosso! From the first time we walked in the door and ordered our SUV till the time we drove off the lot (a little over a month later), we felt listened to and comfortable.
