Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable . He was patient when I kept putting him off due to my daughters wedding and then I got sick. When I finally was able to look at vehicles we went to a dealer closer to home but it seemed like they didn't want to help us or even want to sell a car. I'm so glad we went to Kolosso - 1000% better than the first dealership.. I was also able to get my new vehicle months earlier than originally forecasted. Jeremy even helped my sister learn about features on her car she purchased 2 years ago and the original seller didn't go through with her. More

In today’s car market, the buyer must convince the seller customer service still matters. Pleasantly, at Kolosso Toyota, there is no convincing, the customer still matters to them. This dealership has it figured out and is proactively letting you know what limited stock is available and what is scheduled to come in. On their showroom floor they have a chart listing all the vehicles scheduled to be delivered. I did not see this tactic at the six plus dealerships I shopped at, in fact I was ignored most of the time since I did not have an appointment! Well Jeremy Deno did an outstanding job in listening to my needs and was able to convince this GM owner to buy a Toyota. More

What a great experience! I walked in and Jeremy listened to what I was looking for and took me out in a snow storm to show me what he had and sold me a car on the spot!
