Treated unfairly when purchasing a used vehicle. Sold vehicle to someone else after agreeing to sell to me the vehicle earlier in the day. I was told we had a deal and they had by bank information. They did call late in the day and said they accidentally sold vehicle to someone else by mistake that afternoon, but it did not do me any good . Not sure if they wanted to make more money off someone else and make more money on the deal since I was not financing it with them, but handled the deal very unprofessionally.I normally do not write reviews until today,but am so disappointed, I thought I needed to. If you want to buy online with this dealership, BE WARE. I will mention salesperson said he felt bad that it happened, however they need a better system if they are going to sell cars online. More

I usually deal with the ford and chrysler dealerships next door I actually bought my mazda used from them I thought I may as well cut out the middle man and get it serviced where they know the make. I have to tell you I was overly impressed. from the moment I drove in until I left. I loved the newly remodeled show room The entire staff was over the top friendly. It is with regret that I must write a negative review against Montrose Mazda of Kent. I recently purchased a used 2019 vehicle from them remotely over the internet. The dealership was great to deal with against Montrose Mazda of Kent. I recently purchased a used 2019 vehicle from them remotely over the internet. The dealership was great to deal with it, and I was and am extremely happy with my purchase. But a few nagging issues have soured an otherwise great experience. First and foremost, I specifically asked M.D. Sales Manager to have the vehicle cleaned. I was told it would be cleaned. It clearly was not. Stains on the visors, grime in the trunk, even playing cards from the previous owners. These are not permanent damages inherent in used cars. These are issues that would have come out with even average cleaning. In this time especially that should have been done and I have Lupus which makes this even more important to have been done. Second, there was a chip in the windshield. So my new (to me) car now needs immediate maintenance. No cost to me via my insurance, but frustrating none the less. And finally, the car had 100 miles more on it when I received it than the reported mileage when I bought it. Not a problem, but certainly odd. My biggest frustration was that during the purchase process, when the dealership was seeking my money; communication was constant. Not pressuring, but consistent. Now that they have my check?... weeks with no resolution to my emails, calls and texts to M.D. Sales Manager and J.E. Managing Partner. These are my primary issues with this dealership. They sold me a great product with a small list of minor shortcomings. But not responding at all, or making an effort to fix things days after a sale really leaves a bad taste in this consumer’s mouth. More
