The service writers at the dealership have always been so helpful and honest in answering questions that I have, which I really appreciate. They are usually able to get me in quickly and I don't have to wait helpful and honest in answering questions that I have, which I really appreciate. They are very friendly and clearly explain what the problem is with my car, what will need to be done and give me an estimate of the total cost. I don’t understand the policy regarding appointments for car servicing. I went on Tuesday and was told that they couldn’t service my car until the next day. I arrived at 8:30am and again I was told to come car servicing. I went on Tuesday and was told that they couldn’t service my car until the next day. I arrived at 8:30am and again I was told to come back at 2:30pm . Isn’t that a form of booking an appointment? I came back at 2:30 and my car was serviced.
