After working diligently with Grace on the phone on Thursday, we came to a mutual agreement of a price & a scheduled time for pick up on Friday. As we were preparing to leave this Fri morning, Grace called to inform us about an unexpected problem with the car we were planning to purchase. While on the phone Grace & her manager went above & beyond to offer us an exceptional deal on an even better replacement vehicle.
