After picking up my car on 7/9/21 I had to immediately return it due to to shaking and computer failure. The car died when the service associate went to test drive it. I had already paid $450 dollars to r return it due to to shaking and computer failure. The car died when the service associate went to test drive it. I had already paid $450 dollars to repair a solenoid and $300 was in service charges to end up with more issues than I started with. Along with that I was called to see how I was doing because they didn't even know the car had been returned. I was told I would be updated on Saturday, however, when I called I was told the service department was closed and they did not know the status of my vehicle. I have had to missed many days of work because of this, have been without a car for a week I am out hundreds of dollars, and could have been seriously injured when the supposedly fixed car misfired in the intersection when I was bringing it back. This is by far the worst service I have ever received and will be reporting this issue to the corporate office. More

My husband and I worked with Julius and mr. Tim. Both worked very well with us. Julius took extra time to answer questions and was not afraid to ask for other to answer what he maybe did not know, since worked very well with us. Not only did he work with us since we had our service animals with us, he shows respect and was humble in his sales. It was extremely refreshing to work Julius and his coworker Tim. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JULIUS AND TIM. The vehicle was handled and any other concerns we had in our purchase were taken care of and handled right on the spot. Friendly and very humble workers to have at the dealership. Thank you for taking car of us! More

The service was fast. No complaints there. However, when I purchased my car it came with free lifetime oil changes. I've never had an issue with this until the last service visit. For some reason the when I purchased my car it came with free lifetime oil changes. I've never had an issue with this until the last service visit. For some reason the lifetime free oil changes was no longer in your system. Fortunately the service person still honored the free oil change, but I'm wondering why it's no longer noted in your system. More

I got a second opinion on my car issue and we found out the car NEEDED NOTHING. Nissan said we needed new breaks and a new radiator grille shutter. It turned out that wasn't the case. User friendly. Easy to schedule my appointment. Waiting room was comfortable. All work was done to my satisfaction and the service department explained exactly what would be done beforehand and was was don room was comfortable.
