Somehow my oil change took over 3 hrs? I got there on time for 915 and waited for someone to come over. Talked to the desk guy about what I wanted done. He asked if I was staying and I sai I got there on time for 915 and waited for someone to come over. Talked to the desk guy about what I wanted done. He asked if I was staying and I said I had another appointment but would be back. He asked what time I'd like the car to be ready for, and I said 11. He said that 11 should be fine. (I had another appointment at 130). I went back at 1115, checked in w him and he said he was cashing someone else out and then would check on my car. I sat in the waiting area. He never came by. Car was finally done at 1250. For an oil change. More

Extremely frustrated by my experience. I made an appointment for oil change, check tire and was told there were two recall repairs outstanding and would I like those addressed as well to w I made an appointment for oil change, check tire and was told there were two recall repairs outstanding and would I like those addressed as well to which I agreed. I was told my car would be ready by 6pm and had to pick it up before 7pm. I called at 5:45pm to check in and was told Jeremy would call me right back. He returned my call at 6:20pm and said that only the recalls had been completed and my car was in line for the routine services. I was in disbelief that after having my vehicle for over 10 hours, the service I had requested hadn’t even been complete! He began with a litany of excuses, none of which to me were acceptable. I explained to him that had a scheduled appointment, they were aware of the services being performed and committed to having it complete by 6pm. And if there were any valid reason why it wouldn’t be done, I should have received a call earlier in the day to let me know of the delay. Because I was told the vehicle had to be picked up by 7pm, I was en route when Jeremy returned my call. I was not able to wait any longer for my vehicle and therefore after having left my car with them the entire day, did not even receive the service that I originally requested. I will be finding another service location for my vehicle for this service and services moving forward. More

Throughout the entire process, it was nearly impossible to get any information on the status of my car. I was never called by anyone at the dealership, and I always had to check in and bother people to get to get any information on the status of my car.
