I rarely write reviews. And when I do, it's only because something was superb. That is exactly what I received from Jeremy. He was awesome. Even though he had only been at that dealer for a short time. He made my experience with Suntrup most pleasurable. He was through, upfront, and made me feel very comfortable. He also was very personable. Our test drive was short but fun. We got a few laughs in. He followed through with everything and even made sure that he called me a couple days after the sale to see how everything was working out. I would definetly recommend him to others. My experience was smooth and very easy to navigate through. I was pretty much in and out. There was only one thing I was a little disappointed in and that was my low fuel light came on when I had just got on to the highway. It was dark and when I picked it up and I wasn't familiar with all the features yet. I couldn't figure out how to get the fuel tank open. I didn't even think they made the push open gas tank any more. I was looking for the latch to open the tank. Other than that my service was exceptional. I also think that Jeremy is definitely an asset to Suntrup. I left feeling I was one happy customer. By the way, im still figuring stuff out.😁 thanks again for the great service. More

My husband and I test drove a couple Tucson’s with Jeremy and he was so nice and down the earth.
