I went back two weeks later, feeling better because I wasn't rushed or pushed into any situation. Kati Patterson was EXCEPTIONAL through the final process. She was clear and professional, explained everything in an understandable way, and again, not pushy, but patient and resourceful. I wasn't rushed through anything, and again, felt as though I was a valued guest of hers.
