I never had purchased a car from a dealership before, but I wanted to have access to a great warranty/care plan, and I knew the value of owning a Toyota. My personal friend had dealt with my salesperson when he purchased a car and they were able to find him something that met his needs and fit his budget. The dealership was able to finance me a model of a car that I fallen in love with when I had it as a rental. I was surprised how low the cost ultimately ended up being. I live on the east side, near Motorcars Toyota, but it was worth the trip to the west side for my experience at Metro Toyota. I have and will definitely continue to recommend it to friends. Put me down as another satisfied customer. More

When I first walked into the dealership, I knew the specific car and features I was looking for. Metro was clear that, unlike some other dealerships, they would work with me to find it. I felt like I was working with someone to make a deal, rather than negotiating against them which is more the norm in the car market. Rather than automatically answering "no" to a bunch of questions, they investigated and we found the right fit. Everyone I met there was friendly, explained the process well, and made the experience headache-free! Now, I am incredibly happy with my new car! I highly recommend Metro Toyota. Though I expect my Toyota to last for many, many years, I know I will be back to this dealership when it's finally time to repeat the car buying process. More
