Overall experience was good. Johnny was attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout the weeks-long process. RJ was fantastic and very down to earth. I was disappointed with Jeremy's attitude shift when I pushed back on the $1000 registration fee. Since I had renewed my registration just a couple months ago, I did not need a new registration or new plates - however this was the default setup that Jeremy tried to get me to sign. Even after telling him it was not needed, he eventually agreed, but still tried to get me to sign the form which still listed the $1000 fee. Only after I specifically asked for a new printout to sign with the updated ($30) plate transfer did he oblige, and I signed. After that point, I noticed a clear attitude shift, and he seemed upset that I pushed as much as I did. More

By far one of my best car buying experiences -- No high pressure sales pitches or tactics..which still haunts me from my early 20s. Right off the bat, I received a fair, competitive out the door price for pressure sales pitches or tactics..which still haunts me from my early 20s. Right off the bat, I received a fair, competitive out the door price for an Ascent Limited 7-passenger vehicle that we were considering. While checking other local dealers for similar deals, Andrew came back with an even better OTD price, without me even prompting, to stay ahead of the game! Heck, ChatGPT gave me a thumbs up with the pricing!! When we went to the dealership to test drive the Ascent, Trevor assisted us and finalized the sale during Andrew's day off. Another dealer located 25 miles away quoted me a price $100 less. Carr Subaru, where we take our Outback in for service, is located just 6-7 miles away from our home. We're familiar with Carr Subaru. The service center at Carr Subaru is fantastic. And the 0.9% APR/72 month financing was just the cherry on top. This was a no-brainer. Carr Subaru all the way! More
