Car was the only dealerships in the area that was not marking the 2022 Crosstrek's up. Eric was very good and kept me entertained while waiting around. The most disrespectful selling experience I’ve ever been apart of. We put a deposit down on a vehicle and waited a month and half for it to arrive. Only come delivery time, they delayed a week and when we drove down to pick the car up, it was a completely different vehicle. Throughout the entire communication process, they withheld information and waited until we got there to let us know about a FOUR THOUSAND dollar up-charge for vehicle shortage. We sat there trying to figure out what went wrong but they just kept trying to sell us a car we didn’t want, with about $9k in marked up prices. It was shocking. No apology, no recognition of our time. I’m writing this baffled. Eric is a laughable salesman/communicator and the whole experience was just generally disheartening. More

They were selling a used 2021 crosstrek with 10k miles and some weird re-arranged logo for $38,000! We went to Portland Subaru and ordered a brand new one for $27,000. We were able to get everything we wa and some weird re-arranged logo for $38,000! We went to Portland Subaru and ordered a brand new one for $27,000. We were able to get everything we wanted for more than $10k less. I honestly have no idea how they figured the price on that crosstrek but I feel bad for whomever pays $38k for a $27k car. More
