After the original sales person, manager, internet manager and general manager didn’t help at all, I found Yana and she found how to fix the problems I was having. What a girl and her helping me made my sick wife so happy after getting the run around. So thank you Yana for taking over my problems and fixing them. So I have to say prior to me buying this vehicle the original sales person called about 10 times a day until I came to see the vehicle and ONCE I BOUGHT IT I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM OR ANYONE ELSE AGAIN, WHY BECAUSE THE SALE WAS MADE………MICHAEL RIZZO. I felt highly pressured by the finance officer to purchase a 2 year oil change and electrical protection plan. But wasn’t told to me was there was a 200 dollar charge for bringing the vehicle in. ( n purchase a 2 year oil change and electrical protection plan. But wasn’t told to me was there was a 200 dollar charge for bringing the vehicle in. ( not happy about ) and then telling it was less than a dollar a day. My salesman did everything he could to make me happy. More

Recently bought a used 2020 Honda Odyssey from this dealership. The best part of the experience was dealing with Big Al. He was very approachable, without being pushy, and genuinely wanted the best f dealership. The best part of the experience was dealing with Big Al. He was very very communicative (which I greatly appreciated) and he's a humble guy that is ready to get a deal done! The most impressive part of the dealership was the teamwork. Big Al wasn't the first person to reach out to me, but he did majority of the leg work; however, because Raffy reached out first (thank you as well Raffy!) Big Al still wanted to keep him in on the deal. It was a breath of fresh air to see a salesman respect his coworkers like Big Al does. I gave 4/5 due to the detailing. I got to the car an hour after the car hit the lot, so I anticipated it wouldn't be in pristine shape. I put a deposit down on Thursday night and picked it up Saturday. When I picked the car up, it was cleaned, but I would have loved a full, deep detail. Other than that it was an enjoyable experience, and I would recommend this dealership :) More
