Went in late in the day for a routine service, however, Jeremy told me it was a major service point all filters, spark plugs, etc. about a 3-hour job we discussed a time to get it done. I showed up early ( Jeremy told me it was a major service point all filters, spark plugs, etc. about a 3-hour job we discussed a time to get it done. I showed up early (2nd in line) and was planning to wait, at about 2 1/2-hour point was told of 'A bit of a problem' they only got plugs for a 4-cylinder engine - sold me a 6-cylinder pick-up. Finally got done at 4:30 PM , my afternoon trip to Jax still hasn't happened. In retrospect I should have insisted that BECK run down to a local auto supply shop and pick up the other 2 plugs. I expressed my displeasure to Jeremy. More
