There’s three reasons why I shop at McGrath Honda. The first reason is the Honda product,I’ve been driving a Honda car for going on 16 years wouldn’t buy any other car. Second,Jose H.in sales, I thin The first reason is the Honda product,I’ve been driving a Honda car for going on 16 years wouldn’t buy any other car. Second,Jose H.in sales, I think he made a fair deal for Honda and gave me a great deal in the process. third and last but not least Bill Miller in-service. He takes care of me the best and I wouldn’t deal with anybody else’s service but him. 10 out of 10 with Bill’s professionalism and knowledge. More

UPDATE (also posted on google): There's ALWAYS a problem with the service here. They have you wait until they're good and ready to even greet you. You're waiting by your car like an idiot as you watch the w with the service here. They have you wait until they're good and ready to even greet you. You're waiting by your car like an idiot as you watch the workers actively ignore you and even make fun of you (I heard one of them say "go see what she wants, she looks pissed"). Then there's always something wrong with getting a *simple* service done. Want a car wash? Tough luck, everything is broken. Want an oil change? It's a three hour wait with no empathy in sight. Made an appointment online? What appointment? It's first come first serve without a heads up until you realize you have to break your schedule when you get there. Above all else, it's the crude, unmannered attitude in the air that everybody's sniffing. Just don't bother unless you have patience of steel. And don't leave any "sorry about this" reply because if you know better, you would do better. And you do know the service is crap. More

I had my car for a maintenance check. The service representative offered me to apply to Dignifi to cover the expenses worth 6 mos to pay without interest.He explained everything to me and The service representative offered me to apply to Dignifi to cover the expenses worth 6 mos to pay without interest.He explained everything to me and asked him if I can get my car in the afternoon after all the services- transmission flushing,coolant,change oil and engine gasket replacement.He was very adamant and told me ..YES..in the afternoon sir.Come 630pm CDR I've gotten no call from him.I have been waiting for 8hrs.All he gave me is an update of my repairs.I was expecting to get my car by the afternoon but to no avail...I received no call.I wouldn't know it if I didn't call him.There is no proactiveness in his part.I told him feom the very start that I needed the car for my work the next day but he just told me that the engine should be cool enough to replace the gasket.Im ok with that but my point to him is that you never called me or the least informed me for the 8hrs that Ive been waiting so that I can think of plan B of what to use at work.I told him if I didnt call you at 630pm I receive no calls from you.Where is the cuatomer service???where is the customer satisfaction.He didnt offer me anything because of the inconvinience he made.He just promise me a discount which it didn't materialize.All lip service.I even talked to his manager and told the whole scenario but this manager didn't also offer me anything.It was a big inconvinience in my part because my work is affected for 2 days without a car.He never followed up with me unless I am the one calling first.NO INITIATIVE..ALL LIP SERVICE AT THE START AND WHEN THEY FINALLY GET YOUR APPROVAL..YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.I was also disappointed with the manager.He is not an ADVOCATE FOR THE CUSTOMERS...Terrible service...McGrath Honda Grand ave..Illinois....TERRIBLE...
