Vladimir is my hero. I really needed a vehicle that would keep me and my granddaughter safe. Vladimir was empathic, caring and professions. He went beyond the call of duty to get me my dream care. Tri State Nissan is the dealership that had my back. I also want to shout out to the guys who were working in the finance department. They worked hard to find the proper financing. They all worked together as a team but more like family. You guys are the best! More

This place has the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in years. I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with my brakes and this dealership has been unwilling/unable to resolve my problem. A experienced in years. I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with my brakes and this dealership has been unwilling/unable to resolve my problem. Almost zero communication. The experience and service was so bad I complained to the General Manager and Service Director with zero response. Absolutely atrocious customer service to say the least. In addition to this, the service employee we dealt with was rude, condescending and unprofessional. I waited for 5 hours seeing him walk by multiple times while in the waiting room. I finally went to his desk only to be told they had not worked on my vehicle at all because they were waiting on a call from Nissan to see if they would warranty my brakes. I am in the process of trying to escalate my issue and complaint up the chain of management and will be contacting Nissan customer relations if I continue to be ignored by this organization. As a lifetime Nissan customer, I am at a total loss. I have never seen customer service this bad. More

I brought my car in for general maintenance. When I checked the work sheet as to what service was competed on my car I notice one task was to wash the car. When I got home I noticed my car was not washed, it was .not washed. I returned to the dealership and the manager took my car back to be washed. However, it took about an hour to get my car back. More
