Skyler met me at the door, got the truck in, in less than a minute. I am a return customer so all my info is on file so using the vehicle information she looked it up and I was off to lunch in less than a m a minute. Called when the truck was ready and did some extra stuff I forgot to ask for initially. Truck was ready when I got there. 2 minutes with the cashier and I am gone. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in years. I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with my brakes and this dealership has been unwilling/unable to resolve my problem. A experienced in years. I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with my brakes and this dealership has been unwilling/unable to resolve my problem. Almost zero communication. The experience and service was so bad I complained to the General Manager and Service Director with zero response. Absolutely atrocious customer service to say the least. In addition to this, the service employee we dealt with was rude, condescending and unprofessional. I waited for 5 hours seeing him walk by multiple times while in the waiting room. I finally went to his desk only to be told they had not worked on my vehicle at all because they were waiting on a call from Nissan to see if they would warranty my brakes. I am in the process of trying to escalate my issue and complaint up the chain of management and will be contacting Nissan customer relations if I continue to be ignored by this organization. As a lifetime Nissan customer, I am at a total loss. I have never seen customer service this bad. More

I brought my car in for general maintenance. When I checked the work sheet as to what service was competed on my car I notice one task was to wash the car.
