Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely awful customer service, even worse communication. The only person that was remotely helpful was Jeremy but unfortunately the damage was already done. Not sure who else I spoke with because only Jeremy gives his name when he answers the phone. Both women I spoke with were completely rude and uncaring. Worst experience of my life dealing with this service department. And don't respond with the standard "call and ask for Dan to discuss this situation." You have my number, if you care about making it right he can call me. More

My credit was ran 38 times. .. my score dropped at least 50 points. Spent the better part of 4 day's and was only told half truths multiple times. I will never shop there and will advise anyone I hear about shopping there not to! I am actually thinking very serious about calling the better business burea and laying them know the experience I had. I asked for written verification that I would not be held refinancially responsible to their place of business and was told they could not do that. I was a cosigner in which the bank revoked the loan.... I made sure they got their car back and never recieved any verification that I was not financially responsible from that date on. More
