Jeremy at Liberty Subaru was fantastic. I visited the dealership in early February 2025. This was my first time negotiating my own car purchase, and I was in touch with another local dealer I visited the dealership in early February 2025. This was my first time negotiating my own car purchase, and I was in touch with another local dealership (not Subaru), and where the other dealership diminished me, called me "little lady", asked if my husband would be joining me or wanted to give him a call, and assumed I did not come prepared to speak knowledgeably about the car I was interested in-- you hear these stereotypes about women in car dealerships, but I didn't expect to still see it so blatantly in 2025. The next day, I went to see Jeremy, and he and the Liberty Subaru team were the complete opposite! Jeremy worked around my work schedule to ensure I could see and test drive the specific car I was interested in, presented me with lots of different financing options for that vehicle and several similar ones, and never once made me feel like I was being treated differently or being taken advantage of. When my husband joined me at the dealership after work to test drive the car, Jeremy continued addressing me as the primary negotiator. The level of respect, flexibility, and courtesy I received from Jeremy and his team members at Liberty Subaru is so felt and appreciated, and I could not be happier with my new car!
