I bought my new 2021 VW Jetta in Knoxville TN. I was driving to Wisconsin for a traveling nurse assignment first of January and I was worried because it was dangerously cold outside... -21. My car had been making a loud grinding sound and was scaring me that it would die in the middle of no where. I called all the VW places closest to me (all where an hour away). No one could fit me in that day. I explained the situation to each dealer that I was traveling thru to Wisconsin and that I had to be there in 2 days to report for assignment. Frank Boucher Dealership told me to come right in and they had my car up on the lift in 5 minutes. All that racket turned out to be a small pebble/rock but it sure scared me. They were professional, compassionate, just exceeded my expectations regarding customer service. I am very grateful for them and their staff. They even thanked me for my service.. Just awesome experience. More

Went in to see about getting a new battery for my key fob for my Jetta. I bought the Jetta in 2019 for best gas mileage to and from college (3rd career) in Milwaukee. I simply asked if there was an AWD vehicle available. My payments are low, as is the turnover in that office. I was able to work with the same sales representative that was patient with me the first time I bought a Volkswagon. They all know me by name, and the service representatives are great and tech savvy. The finance guy always looks for the best loan options. Janesville Volkswagon is the way to go. More
