My GLS lease was nearing the end, so we made an appointment to discuss our options for our next car. We knew we'd downsize since our kids are grown and have their own cars now, so the GLE was the logical choice. When we walked in, they had the exact car I'd been "building" on the MBUSA website - color, wheels, options - all of it. Dominick was very easy to work with - no pressure at all. We decided to take the car on the showroom floor since it was exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to some incentives, we got a nice deal and a fair payment. Jerone came over to us when he saw our names on the application and chatted for a bit. We had another great experience at MBRVC and walked away happy. I'm thrilled with the GLE and the customer service provided by MBRVC. Highly recommend! More

My husband and I walked into the dealership and we were greeted very warmly. We asked to see the certified pre-owned cars and were introduced to Allen Jackson. Allen is, by far, the best car salesperson we greeted very warmly. We asked to see the certified pre-owned cars and were introduced to Allen Jackson. Allen is, by far, the best car salesperson we've ever encountered. He was easy going and pleasant. I abhor the type of salesperson that pressures you or rushes you and Allen does none of this. We purchased a car and Allen walked us through the entire process. He even checked in the day after we picked up the car to make sure everything went well. The finance manager, Jerone, worked hard for us to make sure we received the best loan rate. Picking up the car was an amazing experience. Shagen took his time and showed us everything we needed to know about the car to get us started. Based on this experience, I think I'm a Mercedes Benz owner for life. Thank you. More

When I picked up the vehicle, I was treated like a VIP. The presentation of the vehicle to me was beautiful. Jerone met me at the service station when I picked up the car to ensure that the delivery went smooth. He also added a personal touch by tying a dollar bill to the visor that was personalized and wishing me luck in my new vehicle. Since I have picked up my vehicle 5 weeks ago, he has followed up several times to ensure that everything is okay. This is my 4th Mercedes and I will definitely return for my 5th based on his service. More

I initially had my eyes on another brand, however the experience was extremely poor. Walking into Rockville Mercedes Benz I immediately felt at home! The reception was great and Jerone was even better. He took the time to explain the different SUV classes and built one to my specs. Jerone was available to answer any questions and truly cared about what I was looking for from start to finish. His follow-up check-ins post-purchase were also amazing. Jerone's professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to ensuring the vehicle is a right fit for the customer have converted me to being a Mercedes lifer. Mercedes is lucky to have Jerone and I would recommend anyone interested to contact him! More
