Jerone met me at the service station when I picked up the car to ensure that the delivery went smooth. He also added a personal touch by tying a dollar bill to the visor that was personalized and wishing me luck in my new vehicle. Since I have picked up my vehicle 5 weeks ago, he has followed up several times to ensure that everything is okay. This is my 4th Mercedes and I will definitely return for my 5th based on his service. More
