Hello David, We wanted to follow-up on your concerns regarding issues with the 2016 Jeep Wrangler found by the service center, as well as the extended service plan not covering the costs of the repairs. After reviewing the information you sent from the service center, it’s clear in their report that no failure has happened. These issues seem to be normal wear and tear on a 10-year-old vehicle. Because the extended service plan covers only mechanical failure, the work service center recommended was declined. Should these issues become a failure in the future, I would encourage you to reach back out to the extended service provider for assistance. EchoPark offers a 30 day/1k mile power train warranty on every vehicle sold, and unfortunately these issues would not have been addressed under that policy. We understand this isn't the news you were hoping for, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to review these details with you. While we can’t provide a different outcome at this stage, we recommend keeping the report from service center on file; should these items progress into a mechanical failure in the future, you will be well-prepared for a new claim.
