This facility is found to have many serious violations of the Vehicle Repair Act .. will post a report once I have access... I brought in my 2017 Q7 to have the passenger's front side tire look at and end up the entire "driver's" side suspension replaced, a total cost of $2500. The xxxx car can't drive straight after the repaired. It cost me additional $750 in repairs at another Audi facility to 1) correct the wheels alignment 2) recalibrated night vision and driver assistance sensors. $3200 I have spent . I asked for car parts back and they said some parts got threw away. I asked for diagnostic doc related suspension , there is none. AND The reason the night vision and driver assistance out calibration were due to the car not properly put in "service mode " before servicing! how's that happen? well apparently mechanic was not properly certified. ARE YOU KIDDING AUDI FARMINGTON HILLS?? NON-CERTIFIED MECHANIC? Am paying incomplete for repairs and non non existing suspension diagnostic? because that's what I'm getting in this transaction. I know the repairs were a SHAM, and it will take the COURT to make this right. Stay vigilant guys!! More
