I used my debit card and it was showing a Service Charge
of $32.80 on the invoice. I thought a debit was the same as cash. The service person ran my card back through for a refund and then I wrote a check

The cost of the service was refunded but not the service charge. I was told that Shottenkirk would refund the Service Charge by check, but as of this date, I have not received it. We have always had good service at the Jasper location and look forward to continued good service.
