She just said that to give us an answer and we left the vehicle the night before to give y’all plenty of time to fix it, and we had to wait. An hour and a half when it was supposed to be finished by the time we got there. There was no extra work needed to be done. I guess they just got backed up but that is why we left it the night before. We went out of our way to have the vehicle there to give you plenty of time to do it And it seems that you didn’t even start doing it until after we got there. then we were told over and over oh, get a cup of coffee. It’ll just be five minutes. i’ve been in business for well over 40 years and I was always truthful with my customers. If I made a mistake, I took the blame and made it right. She did apologize when all was said and done but we could’ve made much better use of our time.

My sales guy, Austin Weeks, needs to work on customer service skills. He called to tell me my vehicle was ready the evening before and he was too busy to call to let me know. He did not answer me when I asked 3 plus times "what is the recall on my vehicle". He kept guessing what the recall could be, instead of just asking someone. When I came to pick up my vehicle I was sent to the service desk and no one would help me. The ladies were too busy chatting. The sales manager called Austin and it took a while for him to come out from the back. When he finally did, he got my keys and then he told me he couldn't find the crack in my windshield. I pointed it out to him and he said he would have the windshield guy come to my house to fix my windshield. Let's see if this happens. I'm not happy with the customer service at this company. They lost some additional items that was on my keychain.
They lost an additional key, bodyplex card, library card and ingles card.
